I have been undertaking organisational consultancy work, facilitation, training and community development projects since the mid-1990s. Most of this has been cultural change work with community-based organisations, with an emphasis upon values alignment and staff development. I have also been engaged in strategic development work and conducted numerous service evaluations. Depending upon the nature and size of the project, this work is conducted through my private consultancy business, through Community Praxis Coop.,or through my role at The University of Queensland.
